Using NEXOS

NEXOS is a business software platform. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform for lawful business purposes only.

Your Data

You own your data. NEXOS processes it on your behalf. We do not claim any ownership of your documents or extracted data.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

NEXOS may not be used to process fraudulent documents, misrepresent financial records, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability

NEXOS provides document extraction services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for extraction errors that result in financial discrepancies. Always review extracted data before syncing to accounting platforms.
