NexosIQ — NEXOS's proprietary document intelligence engine that powers all extraction, verification, and confidence scoring.

Two-Pass Verification — NexosIQ's dual-pass processing model: Pass 1 extracts data, Pass 2 independently verifies against the original document and assigns confidence scores.

Confidence Score — A per-field accuracy rating (0–100) assigned by NexosIQ's verification pass. Scores of 95+ are displayed with a green indicator; below 95 with yellow.

Ingestion — The process of receiving a document into NEXOS — via web upload, email, mobile capture, or API.

Approval Workflow — An optional review step requiring authorized users to approve invoices before they sync to accounting platforms.

Auto-Sync — Automatic push of approved documents to connected QuickBooks or Xero accounts.

Bulk Sync — A single action to push all pending documents to a connected accounting platform simultaneously.

Tenant — An individual organization account in NEXOS. Each tenant's data is fully isolated in its own database schema.

Partner API — NEXOS's developer API enabling third-party platforms to submit documents for NexosIQ extraction.

White-Label — A Partner API configuration in which a third party offers NexosIQ-powered extraction under their own brand.
