• Payment information (processed by Stripe — never stored by NEXOS)

What We Don't Collect

• Banking credentials (handled entirely by Plaid)
• Credit card numbers (handled entirely by Stripe)
• Social Security Numbers or government IDs

How We Use Your Data

• To process and extract your documents
• To sync data to your connected accounting platforms
• To provide support and communicate about your account
• To improve NexosIQ accuracy and platform performance

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (cloud hosting, Stripe payments, Plaid banking, application monitoring).
