Vendor Price Alerts

Overview

NEXOS tracks unit prices across all processed invoices and alerts you when a vendor's price for a specific item exceeds your defined threshold.

How It Works

As invoices are processed, NexosIQ records vendor, item description, unit, and unit price for every line item. When a subsequent invoice from the same vendor contains the same item at a price above your configured threshold, an alert is triggered.

Configuring Alerts

Navigate to Settings → Price Alerts. Set a percentage threshold for price increase detection. Alerts are delivered via email, push notification, and in-app notification center.

• Catch supplier price increases before they compound
• Identify substitution fraud (same item, different SKU, higher price)
• Track commodity price trends across vendors over time
