Overview

Export all of your NEXOS data at any time — no lock-in, no friction.

Export Options

Invoices CSV — All invoice records including extracted fields, approval status, and sync status.

Receipts CSV — All receipt records with full extracted data.

Line Items CSV — Granular line-item detail across all processed documents.

Full JSON Export — Complete account data export in JSON format, including all metadata and confidence scores.

How to Export

Navigate to Settings → Data Export. Select your export type and date range, then click Generate Export. Large exports are processed asynchronously — you'll receive an email with a download link when ready.
