Bank Account Integration — Plaid

Overview

Connect your business bank accounts and credit cards to NEXOS via Plaid. Connected accounts enable automatic transaction matching against processed receipts — eliminating manual reconciliation.

Supported Institutions

NEXOS via Plaid supports thousands of financial institutions including Chase, Wells Fargo, USAA, Capital One, Bank of America, Citibank, and thousands more.

Connecting an Account

Navigate to Settings → Bank Accounts → Connect Account. Follow the Plaid connection flow to securely authenticate with your institution. NEXOS receives read-only access to transaction data only — we cannot initiate transactions or access credentials.

Transaction Matching

Once connected, NEXOS automatically matches incoming receipt transactions to your bank or card activity. Matched transactions appear on receipt detail pages with the corresponding bank transaction.

Security

Plaid is SOC 2 Type II certified. Your banking credentials are never transmitted to or stored by NEXOS. See Security & Compliance for full details.
