The smarter way
to schedule your team.
Sam analyzes your actual sales data and drafts the optimal schedule to hit your labor target. You review, approve, and publish. Your team gets notified instantly.

Stop building schedules from a blank spreadsheet
Sam reads your last 4 weeks of POS sales (and same-week last year), projects per-day revenue, derives a labor target, and drafts a schedule that fits.
POS data in
Square, Clover, or Revel sales sync every 6 hours. Sam reads sales by day-of-week and time-of-day across the last 4 weeks plus same-week last year.
Sam drafts
Constraint-satisfaction pass: respects employee availability, approved time-off, no double-booking, 40-hour cap, 3-hour minimum, 30-min unpaid break for shifts ≥5h.
Manager approves
Sam never publishes for you. Drag-and-drop adjustments, copy-last-week, open shifts row at the bottom. Side-by-side projected labor vs target.
Publish + notify
Schedule image generated and pushed to the team via SMS + push notification. Two-way SMS reply YES/NO confirmation closes the loop.
A schedule builder built for the way you actually work
Drag, resize, copy, fill open shifts. Then publish in one click.
Drag-and-drop grid
Move any shift to a different day or employee with a drag. Right-edge handle resizes the shift in 30-min snaps. Hold Shift to copy a shift instead of moving it.
Copy Last Week
One click clones every shift from your most recent published week with date offsets adjusted. Skip-reasons listed for inactive employees, occupied cells, and out-of-range dates.
Open Shifts row
Create a shift without an employee. The Open Shifts row sits at the bottom of the grid with an amber tint. Employees claim from mobile with a one-tap Claim button — race-safe with same-day-conflict checks.
Shift Swaps
Employees request swaps from the mobile schedule view. Target accepts, manager approves, both shifts swap atomically inside one transaction. Drop requests skip the swap step and return the shift to Open Shifts.
Live confirmation pills
After publish, every employee row shows a confirmation pill — confirmed (✓), declined (✗), awaiting (…), failed (!), queued (·). Decline auto-fires a manager bell notification.
Mobile schedule view
Employees see their week on the iOS/Android app. Tap a shift to request a swap with a coworker, or drop it back to the manager. Open Shifts tab lists claimable shifts with one-tap Claim.
Two-way SMS confirmation. No more "I didn't see the group text."
Every published schedule sends each employee an SMS with their shifts. The message ends with Reply YES to confirm or NO if you have a conflict. Inbound replies update the builder in real time so you can spot conflicts before the week starts.
- Push notification + SMS sent on publish
- YES → confirmed pill, friendly auto-reply
- NO → declined pill, auto-reply, manager bell notification
- Schedule image attached to each SMS so they can see the whole week
- 10DLC-compliant, opt-out via STOP, built on AWS End User Messaging
