Orders (revenue)
Completed orders with totals, tax, tips, line items, payment methods. Aggregated nightly into pos_sales_daily per store so True P&L has real numerator.
Labor timecards
Clock-in / clock-out, hours worked (minus unpaid breaks), hourly rate, computed labor cost. Feeds Prime Cost + Operating Margin calculations.
Locations
Active Square locations retrieved for the manual location-to-store mapping UI. One Square account can cover multiple tenant stores — you pick which goes where.
Auto-refresh tokens
Square OAuth tokens expire every 30 days. NEXOS automatically refreshes tokens within 48h of expiry so sync never silently dies.
Multi-location mapping, done right
Legacy tools auto-pair POS locations to your stores by creation order. That breaks the moment you add a new location or restructure. NEXOS uses a dedicated pos_location_mappings table with a manual UI — so you explicitly say which Square location maps to which NEXOS store. No misrouted sales data, ever.
