What NEXOS pulls from Clover
Orders (revenue)
Locked orders with totals, payments, tips, taxes, and line items via Clover v3 Orders API. Aggregated nightly into pos_sales_daily per store.
Employees + Inventory
Employee list (for labor tagging) and inventory items (for SKU-level sales tracking). Feeds Vendor Price Tracking when cross-referenced with invoice line items.
Merchant → Storefront mapping
Clover is single-merchant per connection. Explicit mapping UI ties the Clover merchant to a NEXOS store — no auto-pair, no misrouted data when you add more stores.
Auto token refresh
Clover OAuth 2.0 tokens expire every 395 days. NEXOS automatically refreshes tokens within 48h of expiry. Sync never silently dies.
